Tables are delivered with legs detached and will require some assembly once delivered.  Screws are supplied and pilot holes are pre-drilled to the underside of table tops.  You will need a Philips screwdriver to screw the legs into place. 

When your order is complete and ready for dispatch:

Inside M25 (£40.00) - If you are located within the M25, the courier will liaise with you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Delivery outside of business hours can also be arranged directly with the courier.

England and Wales mainland (£70.00) Scotland mainland (£90.00) - The delivery company will contact you directly with an allocated delivery date and time slot at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is usually within 5 days of dispatch.

Warranty

All of our furniture comes with a 12 month warranty.  If you have any issues, we'll get it sorted.  Just contact us here.

Returns

We're pretty confident that you will love our products ; ) However, if you have any issues, we are more than happy to rectify them.

Damaged items: Please ensure that you inspect your items on delivery to make sure they have not been damaged. If there is any suspected damage, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery, photograph and send details over to us so we can submit a claim with the delivery company.  We can then arrange a solution.

(if we are notified outside of this time window we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund due to third party shipping providers terms).

Returns: If you change your mind about any items, you are welcome to return for a full refund. You will just need to cover the delivery charges for the returned items. Please send us an email and we can let you know the return process for the particular items you have ordered.
