Return and refund policy

We're pretty confident that you will love our products ; ) However, if you have any issues, we are more than happy to rectify.

Damaged items - Please ensure that you inspect your items on delivery to make sure they have not been damaged.  If there is any suspected damage, please notify us within 36 hours after delivery, photograph and send details over to us so we can arrange a solution or refund.

(if we are notified outside of this time window we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund due to third party shipping providers terms).

Returns - If you change your mind about any items, you are welcome to return for a full refund.  You will just need to cover the delivery charge for the returned items.  Please send us an email and we can let you know the return process for the particular items you have ordered.
