Return and Refund Policy

We're pretty confident that you will love our products ; ) However, if you have any issues, we are more than happy to rectify.

Damaged items: Please ensure that you inspect your items on delivery to make sure they have not been damaged.  If there is any suspected damage, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery, photograph and send details over to us so we can arrange a solution or refund.

(if we are notified outside of this time window we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund due to third party shipping providers terms).

Returns: If you change your mind about any items, you are welcome to return for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  You will just need to cover the delivery charge and return delivery charges for the returned items.  Please send us an email and we can let you know the return process for the particular items you have ordered.  Items must be returned in as new condition and without damage.  NOTE: This excludes bespoke items.  If you have purchased the Trestle or Warehouse style there may be additional charges due to the nature of their construction. If you decide you would like to swap or change sizes please contact us for any additional charges that may be incurred.
